Real Lighting Situations: Matching Different Fixtures

Was on a shoot in Dallas and as is often the case when you hire a local gaffer, he or she usually doesn't have all of the fixtures you use in your regular line up. This was that situation but as is also often the case those are the chances to discover something new.

I had my Sekonic C-700 Color Meter with me and I was curious to see how accurate my eye was with some fixtures I hadn't used before like the Apurture Light Storm. I was able to get it spot on and was also pleasantly surprised by the light quality of that very inexpensive fixture. We learn new things on every shoot which is why we do this right?!
